Re: Pretty Hurts!
Hi Harmon - you are still not posting your links properly. I've had to fix three postings over the past two days. Please look at what a correct link looks like by going into edit mode on this image or your previously posted images.
Of your three recent postings, I like this one the best by far, both compositionally as well as with your technical execution of the shot.
Let me start with the composition. Your model's foot, arm and leg create a very nice diagonal from the bottom right corner of the image to the top right corner. You've also done an interesting balance with the the model sitting in the bottom left of the square image and some plain negative space in the top right part of the image.
I normally like the model's eyes centred to so that the whites of the eyes more or less evenly distributed on either side of the iris, but here, what you have done seems to work quite well.
The lighting, I think needs a bit of tweaking. First of all, I like the softer, less distinct shadows. The anchor your model on the seamless, without being to heavy-handed.
What I don't love is the light distribution; two things stand out. I find the light on the one leg and one leg a bit too hot versus the rest of the body. I also think you need to push a bit of fill light in from the bottom left; you are definitely starting to get "raccoon eyes" from the way the light falls from overhead.

Re: Pretty Hurts!
If you studio is big enough you need to move the key light further away from her which will even up the brightness leg/body. maybe also the fill light to maintain the light balance.
I simply highlight the link at the bottom of the tinypic menu and press ctrl+C and then with the cursor where I want the image in the message ... ctrl+V

Re: Pretty Hurts!
Nice capture, only comment is when the model is bending/exposing torso, be careful of excessive folds. Not too excessive in this shot but something to watch out for.

Re: Pretty Hurts!
Nice image. It seems as if the model's left leg and arm are a bit bright.
It also seems that there is a double set of shadows - one from each arm and mostly noticeable on her bare torso...

Re: Pretty Hurts!
The triangles in the composition are very good. The square crop works to enhance that composition and endear the Viewer’s Eye to the Model’s Legs. That is good work.
However, one has to be really careful with poses like the one that you have chosen: note that the leading edge elbow area has as much image real-estate as the face. Also note that the elbow area is about 1½ Stops lighter. These facts render that elbow area much MUCH more noticeable – aka - a big distraction. The face is much more important than that elbow area.
I agree that with moving the key light would enhance: although the burn and shadow on the forehead could be removed or reduced in post production.
I agree also with the comment about the rendition of Model’s midriff, except I think that the flesh roll is not acceptable - in the regard to the error was with the clothing chosen for that pose. Basically that is a planning error. – i.e. the midriff should have been covered for that pose if those cut off jeans were chosen to be worn.
Note also that the crop-top that she is wearing has rolls in it and they too distract from the artistry, the imagery and also the Model.
Planning the clothing to wear, specific to suiting the poses that are to be employed in a controlled shoot, is very important planning.

Too much Image real estate occupied by the leading elbow area:
