I'm no portrait shooter, but to get the C&C ball rolling ...
Their clothes are good choices (i.e. not brightly coloured)
The problem is the posing in as much as the girl in white looks to be posing to a completely different brief to the girl in black, both poses individually could be OK, but together, as here - they leave me wondering what distracted/frightened the girl in white just as the shutter clicked
The light source looks to be quite 'hard' (of small area) and close to camera right.
It therefore accentuates the scary looking nails of the girl in black
Perhaps if 'girl in white' had been looking at them, her expression would have been more understandable
I'll stop there - do you have any others from the same shoot, one of each person individually might allow us comment on more useful things.
It feels awkward having to refer to them as 'girl in black' and 'girl in white', knowing their names would help, especially when there is more than one subject.

Nice capture, only complaint is the tight crop at the top, shadows and highlights handled well.
