The colour. I have the same problem with landscapes when converting to black and white. Green or brown grass/trees/vegetation is too light and monotone. Tends to become too eye catching and dominating.
Definitely colour for me, also if it was mine I'd crop some of the left and top.
I like both but, if forced to make a choice; prefer the color version...
Hi David
Asked this yes/no - question, I very, very much more like the color version, because the mountains/clouds are an impressive eye-catcher, balanced against the row of trees.
Going one step further, I would also "turn" the picture to the right and then "crop" from the bottom leaving out the uninteresting meadow/field in the foreground. Just a suggestion.

Trevor, Matt, Richard and Erwin, thanks for commenting and for the suggestion's, looks like colour then I will try out some of your suggestion's later on, thanks again
Both are fine, I prefer the color version only because I like the many layers and it gives a good bit of aerial perspective.
Definitely the colour for me David far more impact than the B&W, and a good composition.
Look forward to seeing some more of your results in this area but don't forget to take the macro along there may be jumpers lurking around
Cheers, Grahame
Cheers John, much appreciated bud
Thank's Grahame, its the colour for me too, just needed a little help making up my mind give me bugs any day
Cheers David
Colour one for me too David...will you mind straightening the horizon...it is a little bit off...
Cheers Izzie, think your eyes are a bit off must be because your upside down in the land of Oz
Color for me David. Because of the similar tones , the B&W image doesn't look that good. Where is that place, Fethiye Kemer? I would love to live in that house on the hill.
