Very challenging image indeed from an exposure point of view. Well done.
There's one 'blemish' that I think a few seconds with the clone tool would put right. At the inside of her left eye (right as we look at it), just at the side of her nose, there seems to be a little fold of skin or a shadow (look at it full sized in the lightbox). Once you see it, you can't ignore it. And I'm sure she'd rather not have it there.

I never noticed the "fold of skin" but, when viewing the image in a large size, it is unmistakable. Good call Donald...
