Hi Binnur, I am not sure about this image but I am sure glad to see you back here. Also, very sorry to hear of the loss of your dog. Pets have such a way of getting into our hearts and becoming so much a part of us and then our hearts break when they are gone.

Thank you Rita, you are right that our pets become so much a part of us and it is very painful to lose them. I think the image is not to everyone's taste, just my interest in trying different things.

Glad you are back Binnur. So very sorry about the loss of your beloved dog; it's such a significant loss that sometimes people don't understand.

    Re: Waterfall

Binnur, after 16 years, a dog is as much (sometimes, more) a part of the family as anyone else, so I can empathize with your loss.
As for your image, what we shoot, and how we post process is a part of who we are, at that moment. At the time your mood was dark and is perfectly reflected in your image. The only suggestion I have is, in the upper left hand corner, there's a dark triangle, I don't see it adding anything to the image and is a bit distracting but then, maybe a vignette would work here.

Thank you Kim. I think here in CinC , people are more understanding about such losses because a lot of members live with cats and dogs and horses...and we are relatively sensitive. It is better to be here rather than listening some strange people's comments on the streets like ' It was time, he was old enough etc.'

Thank you Jack. So, you are so right to say that our moods effect our images. This image was mainly edited before and I wasn't very willing to upload it because I wasn't sure about it. I think my mood has made me decide to upload it now. That triangle on the top left corner is in fact a tick branch of the tree. I will try to do something about it. ( I decided to edit some more images yesterday , but after your comment I decided to choose some different compositions because the ones I chose were all gloomy compositions with full of dead trees and dead leaves.)

There are a lot of presets in SEP2 and I tried one of them. You might download the trial version of Nik Software if you want. Color Efex Pro which is a part of the software has a lot of filters for different effects for colored images too . Actually I concentrate more on learning the software than shooting images recently.
Thanks Binnur I'll take a look
