Most neutral ND grad filters?

I am looking to purchase some 86mm ND grad filters for a new lens and was wondering if anyone has seen any tests as to which ones are the most neutral in color?

In this size they are quite expensive and would not want to purchase a brand that would degrade the color of the sky.

I am thinking of buying a 2 stop and 3 stop.

I suggest you look at something other than screw in filters. To use GNDs one has to be able to move them along an axis, not just rotate them.

If you insist on screw in filters, then Heliopan makes good neutral ones. I tend to use Lee GNDs, but they are quite expensive too and need holders and adaptor rings.

Why (specifically) BOTH?

There is not a lot of difference.

I suggest that you list the real world OUTPUTS for YOUR Photography which necessitate the purchase of BOTH, before you commit funds to the purchase of both.

I also suggest Lee as I use them, Singh-Ray also good. I would also suggest that you get just one say a 2-stop and practice using it by just hand holding it flush against the lens. I shoot like that when I do not want to have to use the holder as I am just taking a quick shot on the go.
