The pose of torso/hips seems good to my amateur eye.
The posing of the arms looks ok, but the lighting on the elbows draws the eye away. I'm not sure how to fix that. Different lighting or different pose?
Perhaps you could adjust your model's pose so the tendons on her neck don't stand out.
Her facial expression suits the glamour type pose.
The variation in skintone on her face (light nose and cheeks, dark around eyes), is that makeup responding to the flash???

Nicely captured, sometimes the errant shadows can be smoothed out with a reflector.

That's very nice Harmon. I like that a lot. My only suggestions are that you could brush down the elbow highlights a bit and add a little selective sharpening around the eyes. But a nice pose and a nice shot.

Regarding the elbows perhaps a white flag might reduce the hotness of the close light? Else a bit of PP toning back which would be my solution in practice.
