Well here is a few of the Pets at NorthCott day, some of the Australians here will know of Bondi Vet (Chris Brown) who came down and kindly donated his time and knowledge for free, as did the rest of the vets and volunteers.

This is Britta's dog, Susie. She's small but mighty! She lost a leg when fighting off a bear to protect her family.

This is Cluck, our Rhode Island Red. She is about 7 years old now and has free ranged all her life. Cluck lives in perfect harmony with our three dogs, one of them a 100# male black lab. Since we live out in the sticks, the dogs are the reason for her longivity ( the average fox isn't so interested in a chicken dinner to tangle with the dogs, lol)... Cluck is perfectly tame and will come when called.

    Spring Thaw

I am playing with a demo version of the Nik sharpening software to try to get a handle on this sharpening business. How does this look to you? I know this is another unfortunate background, but other criticisms, suggestions for improvement welcome.
The subject herself is nagging me for a walk, so off we go.

    Hi Janis,
Could you give a link to a larger version of that photo please?

Looks like she just ate the bear as well Katy. That's a mighty effort.

Hi Ben and welcome to CiC. I reckon she would take on the bear as well.
