    Nice capture indeed. You seem to get close to these birds with ease, Nice composition aswell

    Thanks Chris, this particular subject is at the local park that also has a bayou that runs through it. He and I have a love/hate relationship. He thinks he owns the dock so getting up close to him his almost a given The pelicans are at the beach and are very accustom to humans being around, it makes getting close fairly easy.

    Very nice. IMO this image would make an artistic photo with a lively and contrasty coloured BG.

    Thanks Binnur! He is a more than willing subject as I said he and I go round and round! In the spring I will try and find a more colorful background as I think you are right.
