Definitely I can tell it is windy in that picture. It looks like you posted all the usual exif, except maybe ISO, was it 64?

Did you experiment with slower shutter speeds Norm? As it is you can see a crisp image and one would presume it was windy or that the wind has influenced the growth pattern of the tree (this happens along the coast in Hawaii).
It would be cool to see some movement in the top with crisp trunks and foreground but the trick would be to find the 'right' shutter speed which might require some experimentation.

Thanks for your comments guys.
I can't remember what the camera mode was - it was taken last year (EXIF says - Exposure Mode - Auto )
Yes, ISO was 64 - I'll identify that in future.
No, I didn't experiment with shutter speeds - or anything else for that matter
That scene is only about 15 minutes walk from home, so I may have another go.
