You can not great what is not there unless you choose to layer other aspects , you captured what you saw with good taste and well focused.
That second composition sort of dwarfs the fly, 1st handles presentation much better.
What if you did a crop similar to #1 only put the bee/fly in the lower right third crosshairs Claudio? (or close to)

I think I would crop #1 a fraction at the bottom; and if that takes the hind leg close to the edge it doesn't really matter because the tip is out of focus anyway. Several options for the left side including leaving it as now.
Possibly crop #2 a little wider than #1 but I don't really see much point in having a lot of out of focus flower even if the colour is attractive.
Is the fly an Eristalinus species?
