This is called Easy Panel, freeware by Jimmy McIntyre. I have downloaded it but am in the middle of a long migration from one computer to another so I'll have to wait a week or so.

I have been this website before maybe last month before I left for OSs...and I put my email address and did not get anything, not even a reply of acknowledgment. So I put it down that this site is just collecting email addresses, sorry.
