This is another shot from today. I think this is a better shot as I adjusted my angle for a better view. I also got rid of the sky. What do you all think. Any and all C&C welcome.

Turned out much better just by removing the overcast sky from the composition.

Now this is the best one so far Chris, IMO.
I prefer the faster speeds of this and the previous, still retaining plenty of 'movement'. Removing the sky and offsetting the fall from the centre has helped.
Only problem, we could appreciate it more if you posted it larger at say 1400px wide

Chris think about also taking one in portrait instead of landscape. We see so much in landscape that a vertical image seem to give it a whole new and different look.

Notice that the much warmer white balance and larger dynamic range in the water make a huge difference.

In comparison, this one seems so much more "balanced". That's the only way I can think to describe it but I really like this one much better.

I haven't seen the first one but it seems that everyone likes this one...I am not much a fan of smoothing water but this one looks good to me...

Thank you all very much. It is very much appreciated
Its amazing how I can get an image like this on such a bad day in such a short space of time. Usually I would spend hours at a location trying to get the light right and the composition correct. Yesterday I could only stay there for around 45 mins cause the weather was so bad.
