No, it's no supporting text. There is totally no link with "returning" and/or "cafetaria". And from what I see of the street looks rather dull. I doubt if there is a cafetaria at all. That are my thoughts when I see the picture. But Antonio allready said the text is primarly ment for himself.

The second photo is much better.
