Holy moley. That's a bunch of ice. Interesting shots.
Nice detail on the bird.

Re: Frozen
Wow, I am guessing that the 'Maid of the Mist' boats don't run at this time of year
Good series to show the scale of the problem.

Re: Frozen
Great shots, Kyle.
You seem to have picked a better day to go than I did a few weeks ago. It was so cold I got a touch of frost bite on my nose just by being out for about 45 minutes. The mist and moisture coming off the relatively "warm" water was so heavy it made it difficult to see (and photograph) the Falls.
Nicely done!

Re: Frozen
Thanks for the comments everyone!
Manfred, I went on the perfect day to go. It was nice enough out that I didn't even need gloves. The sun was out without too many clouds. I was going to go the weekend before but couldn't last minute and now I'm glad I couldn't.

Re: Frozen
Thanks Raymond and Binnur! I knew that it would be a decently unique chance at some photos so I had to go.

Re: Frozen
Nice images; i have no clue about snow photography; white looks very flat; will it help if we capture before it is direct sun?
