An attempt at modeling!
I shot this painted stork at Bhigwan which is a wetland in India. It seemed to be walking like a model with it's feet crossed!
C&C welcome

Re: An attempt at modeling!
The capture is good but as an image it's a bit noisy for my taste. Perhaps the result of a heavy crop.

I suspect you could tone down the background noise a little with a bit of selective noise reduction control. Or a light run over with a low opacity soft Blur Brush.
A really interesting fun shot.

Re: An attempt at modeling!
I like the way you composed this, and the high key sort of effect makes it striking, though your subject sort of melts into it too much. There is indeed plenty of noise (or intended grain?). It is an interesting feature - we usually reflexively eliminate it but perhaps you wanted this effect? I can see how it might have been intended for this unusual portrait.

I was going to ask if this was a capture on film when I looked at it earlier this morning. You do loose the bird in the noise but I like the composition.

Great timing! He is keeping an eye on you, for sure.
Despite the noise, a fun shot.
