Yes, I think the bottom to are nice artistic red wine and tea light compositions, but the first one has me more captivated more entranced by the feeling. I would like it more if the lowest offending tea light would have not been there, but hey.

What are the new limits? New Zealand is the only place I've come upon a highway check point where they conduct an alcohol test of all the drivers. That was 15 years ago. Fortunately, I hadn't drunk any alcohol that day.
I am a little puzzled but one brim full glass of wine apparently puts you at the limit or just over so I make sure I am under but I only drink it for my heart ... well at least at the start ... now it is a habit along with my pills, I had a quad bypass in 1984 They don't tell you what is legal because they work on total lack if you intend to drive.

Mike, I cropped your image without asking your permission. So, if you don't like it please let me know, I will remove it.

You lost bottom of the glass by cropping , so why not lose some from the left for a less centered look?

I like your crop better than mine, Binnur. Thanks!

Mike ... this clip from a news report answers your question i you can relate it to consumption
"Wagener pleaded guilty to a charge of drink-driving with a level of 143 milligrams of alcohol to 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 50mg."
An American woman charged because she drove her camper van about 30 metres down the street because a householder objected to where it had been parked. Till then she had a clean slate record.

Obviously the Police were making a statement against rampant DUI with the 44 pick-ups following the Festival..
