Re: Western Promenade
Nicely done, the figures are almost blended with the background, I would have missed them totally (the sunburst had my attention) if I had not gone back to study the shadow patterns. If the two figures are important elements within your image; consider either increasing the tones of their shadows or separate them somehow from the background. Also, a bit of contrast on the foreground tree would help separate the layers of the image.

Re: Western Promenade
John is right about the sunburst being primary read, though I saw the couple fairly quick, I think the couple is great secondary read to the Focal Sun. If they are the Primary then yeah you will have to ramp them up. I also agree that the closer tree needs higher contrast to clarify the depth of the image. Having said that the image looks great as it is. I like the subtle shifts between slightly light grey to slightly dark grey. I also like how it has that etcheresque feel.

Re: Western Promenade
Everything sort of blends into one another a bit to much for me.

Re: Western Promenade
Hi Jeff. I like the scene but the tones are so similar to each other that everything blends into another as Matt said. I would try to get some seperation with PP

Re: Western Promenade
Hi Jeff,
You could try this: Local Contrast Enhancement (LCE) to address Matt's, Binnur's, and my, concerns on the contrast range/detail.
Hope that helps, Dave
