Stu - very nice series. I think I like #2 and the fact its focus is on the plane....I wonder if you could use the Adjustment brush in LR to bring out the runway markings a bit more...not much, just a touch so they are more obvious to the viewer.

Erik - excellent idea, I just figured out how to do this in my software (PhotoPlus 7 Serif), so I'll work at this because I agree the runway markings are too faint.


Matt - I think you're right that removal of some of the empty space between the aircraft and the clouds makes sense. I'll work at figuring that adjustment out!

I like #1 because the plane is easily recognizable -- it is a Cessna 172, a four seater...we have one in our hangar but it is red and it does not belong to us...just renting a space.
