Last year's Happy Valentine's Day card

After seeing Kelvin's Mother's Day image I thought I would share one of my own cards that utilized my photography...my far less than perfect photography at that but the results did the job and I got a good response for my efforts.

I decided to cut into Hallmark's profit margin and I had a little time to kill so I made a Valentine's Day card for my girlfriend. I guess I just wanted show that sometimes our little photography ventures don't have to be perfect to get a great response.

A couple of our friend's from outside our kitchen window.





...and with a little photoshop, UNREALISTIC effort, the inside of the card.




As hokey as it is, it really paid off for me.

By the way, next Thanksgiving I'll show you my hand silhouette and my tom turkey sketch.
