    Woman - A Multitasker - C&C are most welcome

During last September 2014, I have clicked this picture. On a traffic junction, I found this lady selling toys for small children to give support her family and at the same time she was carrying her own child too with her. She was handling both the things so nicely, which made to to click this moment .

    C&C are most welcome.

Nice composition, those colors should really pop on such an overcast day.

Nice capture. Not too tight in the frame showing something of the environment.

Your idea for the story shows through well here. Good job.

Very nice capture...I would like to see the face of this woman a little bit lighter. Your composition is very good. Like the story it tells...

Another very nice shot Tejal. I love shooting in India, the colours tend to be so vibrant.

I think your timing was just about perfect with respect to the position of the autorickshaw in your image. It helps balance out the image content quite nicely.

This a tough shot to make. The main figures are back-lit and the lighting looks fairly harsh (just look at the hardness and size of the shadow the autorickshaw casts). Usually you can either expose the people properly, but then the background will get quite light or expose for the background and then the people will be too dark. In either case, the people's faces will tend to be quite low in contrast. Ideally fill flash or a reflector would be used, but this is not going to be much use in street photography, so you have to do what you can.

The light wrap around the woman looks a bit strange. I'm trying to figure out what is going on. There is definitely some light hitting the hair of the boy being held by the woman, but the woman seems to have a bit of a halo. Is that something from post or is that just the way the light is hitting?

As others have said, working on bringing out the facial details of the woman and child would be great.

Nice... I like images of people better than images of brick and mortar buildings...

    Thanks for your inputs.

If I talk about field, the place was very busy. People & vehicles were moving here and there. The place was also untidy. Sunlight was quite harsh. I was more keen in getting the story, it seems - to get the subject, without making her conscious, with clear back ground & without
    overlapping.

I am posting the SOOC shot for your more guidance.

    Thanks
