I like the conversion...I thought for a while there that it is one of the gherkins out of the bottle.
Large seed by the look of it...

Thanks for commenting. Yes, a very large seed from an Italian brand called Grefusa, I've never seen one this length in the U.S.

Is this an actual fossil seed from the Jurassic? Or is it a modern seed like that of a Pumpkin? It is difficult to tell from this image, especially in B&W. The highlights do seem to be blown.
