Helpful Posts: I always take critiques seriously. So this is a little brighter, a slightly different crop, sidestepped Picasa, saved in Tiff when moving between pp programs, and while it is not quite so mystical it is (in my opinion) a better shot.

Brian,
Still a tad bit dark, if you increase brightness by a smidge the web becomes more visible without taking away from the rest dramatic composition. Nicely done.

Hi John, it may be that my eyes are tired, or that my monitors are not good enough or even that I do not know enough about Gimp. I have tried 3 or 4 ways to get a tad more brightness and none of them work. By the time the web is noticeably more noticeable the BG is quite distorted. But I will try again tomorrow.
