Great image of a very attractive lady.
If it were my image, I might consider brightening the areas under the eyebrows just a bit. I almost always use some sort of reflective device (a plain business card taped to the rear of the flash head or a more sophisticated Joe Demb Flash Diffuser Professional) to direct some of my bounced flash forward with the intention of filling in the shadows under the eyebrows, below the nose and under the chin...

You are right Richard. I fully agree that filling in the shadows on the face would improve the picture.
