Hi, going forward on my photography venture I stopped and clicked another shot. Can you please review it and let me know what exactly is missing for it to make it much better?

Please provide your views and suggestion with composition, frame, crops and processing.

Because of the birds and their formation, to me this would look better as a more rectangular landscape image rather than the square proportions it has. Also I'd be inclined to try to clone out whatever that is on the ground under the tree on the right.
Also I know it's because of where they are but the the two birds on the left look bigger and slightly unbalance the image for me.

But after all of that it really is a great shot. Do you have a colour version to compare?

I think I too prefer a landscape format Raj and may be I would eliminate the birds. I like the conversion

Hi Raj. I cropped your B&W version just to give you an idea about the landscape format I had in mind. I did it very quickly and there might be better alternatives but I think a crop with landscape format makes the composition stronger. I did it without asking you, so please let me know if you don't like the image, I will remove it

Thanks a lot for your kind suggestion Please feel free to crop or edit my image without any hesitation or without my permission in the future too as it is a good learning for me (m very open to it) and i really welcome all the suggestions. The crop is really looking awesome now.
