I like these birds very much, not only because of their attractive colours but also because of their sometimes very loud and "colourful" voices.
Regarding your picture: Like Izzie I would try to eliminate the very disturbing twig behind the beak.
And a question: Do "yours" have this diagonal black band from head to breast? ("ours" do not) or is it the shadow of a twig?

This is a quickie edit...I did this one this early morning but I got busy with David's (deetheturk) request for me to do a macro shot...or few. I will remove this if you don't want it. I was working on a small jpeg file I downloaded here so you will have to forgive the little mistakes...I like yours too as I have just seen it a while ago but you left the stripe that Erwin mentioned...
