    Bees knees

So we have this swarm of bees on our fence for some reason today. Right next to the patio so it's kind of disturbing to sit out there for now.
One of them decided to climb on our sliding glass door to the patio soooooo, I grabbed my camera and got a closeup shot of course. Lighting was all wrong but I really didn't have much choice, and then it was gone.

It was that or risk going outside which wasn't an option I wanted to take up.

Sometimes the "lemonade" is better than any other options

nice, call your local bee keepers and they will come and take it away for you - in the main when swarming they are harmless ( they have other interests occupying them) and wont go for you unless you try to move them or disturb them - my daughter got to within a foot of a swarm on the pavement outside the house to photograph them no problems

    Re: Bees knees

I had a swarm like that settle on my fence last year; although early April is rather early.

As Mark suggested, I called a bee keeper friend who came the next day and took them away
