Dear friends,
In this picture I have tried to keep the foreground out of focus. Could you suggest, whether it works or not in such type of shots ?

It sort of forms a border; but I think I would have preferred it to be a sharply focused framing. However, if that meant it wasn't possible to have both foreground and background sharply focused, as often happens, then I would prefer it this way around.
I see what you were trying to do, but find that foreground out of focus rarely works. In the rare situations where it does, the "frame" is generally soft and indistinct. Here, I don't think this works; rather it is a distraction to the viewer. The scene on the other side of the pottery looks quite interesting.
The colors are too similar to the mid ground vases, if the colors were different then perhaps it would work. Nice capture of the scene.
Tejal,
Very nice attempt using the foreground framing. It may have worked better showing more of the foreground to focus the viewer's attention.
Lovely image. I tend to agree with the OOF foreground being a slight problem. The wonderful jumbled orderliness of the yard makes me want to see more.
