Very nice,Kim. I have enjoyed the series.
I wonder what the colour version looks like, Kim...I am not a B/W expert...yet. One day...I will take it on.
Nice capture.
Lovely capture Kim, looks like you had a great day
Nice Kim, very evocative
That's a lovely study Kim. My only thought is that you might apply a slightly tighter crop and lift the shadows on the horse and his face a little to bring them out of the BG more. I envy you this sort of subject. So interesting.
Very nice image Kim , I agree with John about lifting the shadows
Wow. I've never seen a plough like that before. Beats the UK version where farmers had to walk behind the horses, all day long!
I like the vintage feel the B&W brings when applied to your subject. Very nice portrait.
Excellent, Kim. Love it!
Thank you John and Binnur for viewing and commenting. I'm not sure I see a crop here. If I crop from the right, I lose part of the tree which adds to the image (IMHO), if I crop from the top, then the tree becomes "squashed", if I crop from the left, then I am tight with the horses heads, and if I crop from the bottom, it's tight on the base of the tree. What am I not seeing?
As for the shadows, my preference is for how they currently appear - I like the mood it adds to the image. I appreciate you mentioning, as we all see things differently.
