Nikon View NX-i e-mail feature...

For those acquainted with the program, there is an e-mail icon along the top right, which, when clicked, reads:

"could not start the e-mail program...make sure you have selected a default e-mail program, and that it is set up correctly."

Please advise as to the procedure to correct this--how would I set up an e-mail address to receive images?

Mine just freezes everything and I have to hit ctrl-alt-del and restart to free it up. If I first open a new email to send then go to ViewNX2 and use the email icon it attaches the photo to the email.
