Kookaburras has been part of my waking life while living in Australia and even when I ended up just visiting my family there...seldom see them but heard them each morning...I 've missed that every now and then... Thank you for reminding me the simple pleasure of your childhood.

Stunning clarity! We hear the kookaburra chorus daily, but they are seldom close enough to photograph like this. A photo to be cherished.
