Hands
Testing out a new lense, the Nikon 18-140 on my D7100, under the condition of intentionally high ISO, just for giggles, just to see what happens. Trying to strike a good balance between detail and noise control. The post processing is a Lightroom preset that just seemed to work really well (IMHO).
And the story of the photo...taken late this afternoon on Main St in my little town, we are having Maple Festival, so Main St is the Main Stage for the next 2 days. Oh, and its 48°F and spitting snow.
C&C welcome

Re: Hands
Looks good to me though perhaps a little sharpening would help

Re: Hands
Thanks for your feedback
V2. Slightly sharper. This image was shot at 2000 ISO, so there is grain, but some of it is intentional and I'm trying to see how I can manage to incorporate just a little bit.

Re: Hands
Hi Debbie,
Great composition, I've always liked the theory that to photograph someone's hand, tells the story of their life or occupation.
This is a great example of that.
