    Not sure why, but this building appeals to me; I guess it is the story of the building. What do you think?

    I just wonder if it might be possible to make an even more dramatic scene by fractionally increasing the contrast without losing any detail?

    Several options for this including LCE or an adjustment layer with the mode set to soft light or overlay etc. Maybe just a curves tweak.
