Yes, possibly that monochrome version would have worked better if the boy and birds had been closer together.
With those nicely subdued colours the boy and birds seem to 'connect' together on a diagonal alignment

My preference is the coloured version too,Vaez...maybe you can digitally put them closer together...I know some can do it...I have seen a tutorial of it sometime ago...I wouldn't know where to find it now...unfortunately...
