Hi Tejal I cropped the image just a little from the top to make it look neater, what do you think ? Is it my eyes or does the boy look a bit soft? It might be a good idea to sharpen the boy selectively.

    Tejal,
Your images of people continue to be superb.

I increased the structure (NIK Viveza using control points) on the boy and then I placed a very light vignette on the image. Here is the result...
    Happiness sneaking through the door
Then I decided that the image might look nice with some type of simple border. I did a border in white with this result:
    Happiness sneaking through the door
And then I did one with a simple black border.
    Happiness sneaking through the door

Although the above three are the exact same image, they do look different due to the difference in borders...

    Tejal, what do you think?

Thnx Binnur. Yes it is looking nice. I tried to keep the fix crop and i think in that i skipped this. I will take care of it next time. Pic was taken on 400 ISO or so. So tried to reduce grain. May be because of that softness is there. Yes, I would have sharpen it little

Thanks Richard . The revised version with black border is looking lovely. And my son is looking more sweet in the revised versions . Thnx. I really need to work on PP and usage of NIK plug in. Except B&W I have not used the other applications. I will check those too.

I always shoot RAW and I always use RAW Pre-Sharpener as one of my first steps, except when I am using a high ISO, then I use NIK Dfine as my first step. I do a lot of enhancement and corrections using NIK Viveza. I love the control point technology...
