Next step a triptych?
You've "cheated" a tad here by mirroring the image, rather than actually photographing another profile shot using the other side of the face. But, that being said, it does work and the B&W conversion has been nicely done too.

This works very nicely... Probably because Jess is a beautiful woman...
It would be fun to see what the opposite "mirror image" would look like. When I worked on a newspaper, often photos with two opposition persons (political, war, sports, any kind) would be published with the profiles in the two images looking away from each other while persons in concert with each other would be published with the profiles in the two images looking towards each other...
