I think you have captured a great portrait in the first shot, Kaye. The expression on her face, and in her eyes particularly, sums up the moment of losing a daughter - joy and sadness.
The 2nd shot - just joy - somebody else can look after him now

Thanks John and John, Binnur and Greg for you comments. I too liked the contrast and humour created by the two Mum photos. I know the groom's Mum very well and she will love this when she sees it.

Neither of them lose anyone...they just joined forces, Kay. Very good series...are there any more people shots you can share with us...??? Your theme is getting more interesting...
P.S. The other day, I was watching an interview on tv and the interviewer asked why the lady has so big a hat...I love her answer of "because I want my hat to have its own zipcode"...
