The original was taken in the market in Seville. I thought it suited a sort of old masters treatment. Alright, that's pretty fanciful but I enjoyed doing it. PP'd in CS6. C&C very welcome.

This sort of effect rarely enthuses me - but this is the exception and it does work well.

John, I like the treatment. The red in the eye adds a very nice highlight. I love the continental markets. Their fish stalls have such a profusion of catch that we just don't see in this country... (Actually I'll qualify that... Oxford Market puts up a good show)

Thanks all. Geoff, I think that it is Hake (having Googled it). I am bound to admit however, that Prior to that the only Hake I would have recognised would have been on a menu.
