Helpful Posts: Remember the last time you binkied? If you were a rabbit you would probably binky every day. This is a photo of two rabbits binkying – they are jumping for joy. These are wild cottontail rabbits, but domestic rabbits binky as well. I took this photo and then tried to understand the behavior. Google binky if you doubt that I am serious. :-)

OK... so I googled binkies and saw a You-tube video too. That is so cute. I am still left wondering, is it a rabbit culture or it is a game they play? Good catch.

Great job. I can tell you from recent experience with bunnies in a clearing that it's tough to catch all this in the frame!

Thanks to all of you for you kind comments. This is a case where I photographed the behavior and discovered "binky" after the fact. Terri, you are right. They are difficult to photograph, but as you must know, spending a lot of time gets results -- sometimes.
I think I will go out in the yard and binky now.
