A Few Of The Birds From Last Thursday...
Picture this... Sitting in a beach chair in the shade at the edge of the Gulf of Mexico. The waves lapping at the shore twenty feet from my feet. Red-breasted Mergansers hunting fish in the waters just offshore. Shore birds sauntering by and hunting prey in the surf. Heaven on earth indeed...

Beautiful images as usual! I thought of you when I came upon the black crowned night heron I posted photos of. I remembered you saying he was your nemesis, although hard to believe you have one. Wished you had been there as he practically posed for me and I know you would have made some lovely images of him.
