    Horse grazing in the woods...

Shot I took a couple of nights ago when we had a bit of sunshine... it was taken quite late in the evening.

I tried to get a bit closer to it but it saw me and chased me off

    Horse grazing in the woods...

    Thanks for viewing.

Very nice Mark...I like the colours and the tree framed the horse well...just my opinion, but I wish you will clone out that brown thing near the horse's snout because it is very distracting to me...

    Thanks Izzie

I'm not even sure what that brown thing is? Anyway I've cloned it out, hows that?

    Nicely captured, very rich colors.

Agreed. The combination of rich brown, green and the drift of blue is unusual.

Beautiful shot, Matt. A little selective dodging of the horse and a little burning of the foreground would help, JMO.

    Question.

    Is this a wild horse?

    Looks like a fairy tale...

I am also wondering if it's wild.

I think there could be some good possibility for images from this spot with or without the horse. A nice job.

    Thanks for the comments everyone.

It isn't a wild horse, it belongs to a friend of mine as does the land the shot is taken on.

The horse is normally in a large open field connected to this woodland, I was just trying to get some shots of the bluebells. So I was very surprised to see the horse!

This is a very nice shot in a beautiful setting. I agree with Dean in that the horse is a bit dark but what a pretty scene to have captured!

Thanks for all the comments guys, I did consider making the horse a bit lighter. I'll revisit that idea.
