    Food-seeking cranes

Every spring thousands and thousands och cranes move to the northern parts of Sweden. On their way they stop for the night and to seek for food.
To save their fields, farmers feed the cranes in the wet-lands to prevent them from eating the the crop.

10000 cranes can make som damage. These two doesn't.

Nice overall composition and good feather details, particularly the tail of the closest bird.

Nicely done...what is that red markings on their head? It's bald and like a wound...but why both of them? Do all of them have the same markings? I love the sharpness of the feathers. Nice find.
