This one is a bit strange, Tejal. While I like the overall composition and the soft focus on the boy, the mixed colour temperatures really don't work for me; I don't think the boy has greenish skin in real life. I also feel the crop is a touch tight on the left. Again, I find you are missing on your black and white points, so the image is not as crisp as it should be.
The green cast can be neutralized with a magenta overlay, but just on the boy's skin (the eyes are not quite right yet, but I just wanted to provide a general thought here). I think this gives a more realistic and pleasing look. Unfortunately, picking up coloured overtones because of where the subject is standing can be a bit problematic.
