Re: Falls of Gold (Fine Art?)

I've made a few slight changes based on the feedback from this thread, I decided to leave the spots in as to me they could be little specks of gold that the light is catching. (In reality I think it is snow, as it was snowing at the time.) Anyway, here it is:

Matt, very nice, and it still keeps the mystery I was so engaged with in it's first incarnation.

That fallen tree has been there for about 10 years I reckon... always makes me think of dinosaur bones

Cheers James, I remember it freezing over when I was a kid:

    Falls of Gold (Fine Art?)

I'm off up there today hopefully to explore the river further down.

Your last edit looks better Matt because you reduced the yellows a bit more But levelled image looks so neat that I prefer the tilted one. This is certainly my personal preference though. The waterfall seems parallel to the left frame in the last image and the composition doesn't look as energetic as the previous one.

I know exactly what you mean Binnur, I straightened it out even more than shown in the image but it didn't look right so I went for something in between.

I think I'll be moving back to its original place
