Helpful Posts: I took this photo of a young bull bison in Grand Teton Natonal Park. His mouth area is green because he has been eating fresh, wet spring grass. Shot on a cloudy morning, the best time to photograph bison, moose and other dark animals.

Great shot Chuck,
I particularly like the suggestion of a repeating pattern of Bison formed by the two behind.
Useful note about the suitability of overcast for such dark creatures.
