Very nice, I like the play of light on the women in the midground, while the women closest to foreground is partially in shadow.
Plenty of interest and colour here. Looks even better at full size where the fine detail is more apparent.
I did wonder about a very slight crop from the top and left side to concentrate more on the women, but I'm not really sure.
Beautiful, Tejal! A tighter crop, losing the sign on the left side would improve composition IMO.
Yes, I would crop this, a lot from right, a little from left, and some from the top.
Tejal, most of your compositions are tight and direct my eye, but this one is too loose for me.
Keep posting. I have visited India three times, and your images awake my senses.
Dave
Be careful of cropping though, you'll lose some of the natural perspective lines.
+1 to Dave's comment
I love this image. I will agree that the sign is a bit distracting but, I am not sure that cropping out the sign would be the way to go...
I attempted to clone out the sign
I added the slightest vignette.
I added overall structure
I reduced the shadow on the face of the forward woman
I selected the area around the water buffalo image right as well as the animals themselves and reduced the brightness and increased the contrast a bit
I like the leading lines of the forward women to the women in the rear
I love that each woman is carrying a similar burden
The buffalo also contribute leading lines as well as the road itself
This is IMO a very exciting image and has so much to tell...
Love this awesome image!
+1 to Richard's edits. Would only add a slight CC rotate, as the ladies appear to have a bit of a clockwise tilt....

I am with what Marie said, I find the image just amazing, love also the colours........very well done.....

Very colourful, Tejal...I love that dress of the woman at the back second to the left. Especially love the colour there...The water buffalo reminds me of my childhood growing in the farm. We have a lot of those helping plow the rice field and I surely missed their warm milk for my many breakfasts. Thank you for sharing...
