I like the uneven tonalities in the background. If the little bright dots in the background are intentional, perhaps add more of them. If they're accidental, you know how to handle that.

The lighting doesn’t look too bad Chauncey as far as it goes, but there are some things that don’t make sense in the lines for a natural smoke trail. Especially if you fired a strobe. Looks a little soft too?
