    two reasons (1) I did subtler work on the background. (2) I emphasized the front row of petals to create a kind of 'Nike logo' effect.

    Definitely an improvement over your first try. I'm wondering if a vignette to darken the edges might not help here. The background is still busy, but less so than before and darkening it up means it will draw the viewer's eye a bit less.

    Actually it had 2 benefits. The background did draw less attention and the yellow tips popped. Thanks. I think you will like the third and final posting of this series.
