Tejal - I think that while the intent of your shot is good, I would suggest that some of the compositional decisions that you made resulted in an image that is weaker than it could be.
1. You shot from a very low angle, which brought the water lilies into the foreground, but at the cost of an overly busy background. Had you shot from a higher angle, you might have been able to hide the background by framing in a way that eliminated most of it.
2. You shot straight at the boy throwing the water up into the air; which in essence hides your subject behind all the water that he is throwing into the air. Had you shot from a different angle, I think you could have captured a clear image of the boy and the flying water. I suspect that would have made a much stronger image.
