National Museum in Zrenjanin, Serbia
At the same night when I was shooting, I tried to take a few shoots of National Museum in Zrenjanin. Since construction works are in place I could not find better spot for shooting.

Settings:
Exposure: 15 sec at f/10.0
Focal Length: 16 mm
ISO Speed Rating: ISO 100
Lens: E PZ 16-50 mm F3.5-5.6 OSS
Camera: Sony a6000
This is raw photo that I took. I have not changed any settings. Of course, I could play with it a little bit but at first I want to learn what could I change with the composition.
Thanks for all your constructive replies,
emil

Emil - I would probably just walk away from that scene, with all of the construction material there, it just doesn't add anything to the image.
I would also say that the image looks a bit overexposed and the brightness needs to come back a bit.

Was there a chance to capture from a higher angle?

Well, maybe I could climb those bricks around but I believe that person that was working there would escort me far away from construction site

I'm happy with it being a record of a construction site scene instead of a formal perfect layout. But yes, I would agree that the brightness does seem a little bit over the top. And there seems to be something of a light flare problem coming from the middle light on the right side.

Not much I can say about the composition except to make the image a shot of the construction...
IMO, it is over-exposure, not under-exposure that is the bane of most night shots.
I handle that in a very simple way using AV, TV or Programmed exposure control, setting the camera up with:
minus 1-stop exposure compensation and Auto Exposure Bracketing of three exposures with one stop difference.
This setup will provide three exposures, minus 2-stops, minus 1-stop and as the meter reads.
My Canon cameras will shoot three exposures and stop every time the shutter is actuated if set up as above...
I can just about guarantee that one of these exposures will be sufficiently within the ballpark to give you a very decent image...
Additionally, it is very likely, you may be able to do an HDR image composite with these the three AEB exposures
